LOVE these vets! Hard to get in sometimes, but well with the wait! Inexpensive, yet very knowledgeable!
I got in really fast and they seemed to really understand what they were doing. They took xrays and fixed my pupper up.
I came here with my new pupper because of all the positive reviews. The kind ladies did not disappoint! The vet tech who helped us check in was warm and friendly, and attentive. The vet herself was knowledgeable and caring. Thanks Value Vet, we'll be back!
Waited an hour to find out they couldnt treat my dog, after they told me so over the phone! I was just told they domt do bloodwork! Uh, Hello! You could have told me this over the phone! It just saturday, and they just wanna go home! They dont care about a sick dog that hasnt ate or drank for 2 days! What jerks$$$$ dont even bother to take a sick dog there! Waste of time! I am livid!
I have been here before but it seems to have gone downhill. I had to go twice this week, one appointment for each cat. The first day the vet walked in and did not even say hello or introduce herself. I had to ask the technician after she walked out and was told "Oh that's Dr. A, she's new". She also told me that I could only use the Advantage flea medicine every four weeks even though it gas been failing after two. However, when I brought a different cat the next day and saw a different Dr. I was told it IS safe to readminister sooner than four weeks.(this Dr seemed to ramble alot and not give clear answers on anything else. The techs both times were great) They performed a service on my cat that I was not told would be an extra $15 and I had no choice but to pay. A yearly exam for an indoor cat ends up being $100. I'm not sure if that's cheaper than other places anymore but I will do my research next time. Also, there is no customer service number to contact to voice my concerns.
