Dr. Grubbs is amazing. The staff is just as amazing. They have been my vet of choice for the past 7 yrs.
We have had great service at this location.
So, she told me I was being disrespectful because I told her she needed to calm down.
I have been going their for over 15 years. The people care and Dr Grubbs is great.
DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE., My dog lost 10 lbs in 5 days I measured out his food for the amount of time he was there. However, I have a bag full of food., Which tells me they did not follow instructions. They feed him their own food that in turn gave him diarrhea and I had to pay for it??? How does that make sense?
However , Brittany, (who answers before she thinks, fact checks or comprehends) the little girl at the front desk had the audacity to get nasty and loud with me when I tell her that I'm not paying for any grooming. I called ahead @ 6:30 this morning and asked them not to groom him.
For the potential customers reading this. I hope you take heed and value the warning. We all chose where to spend our money. I hope you decide to spend it somewhere more deserving.

I'm sure I'm old enough to be her momma. I understand I look young! Telling you I'm not paying for something is not disrespectful. Or was it the melanin in my skin that possessed her to falsely think she had the right to talk to me so nasty and think that, that's how it will end. Professionalism was severely lacking in this situation and at this establishment. I can guarantee you with her feeling so free and full of herself. I am not the first person that's had to deal with this from Brittany.. I hope you're not next. You have definitely lost our patronage.
