Terrible customer service. I was not comfortable and I could feel that my dog wasn't either. I cancelled his appointment abruptly & walked out.
Well you meet some nice and some kind of on the rude side almost as if they hate their jobs, extremely rude an a bad i dont care this is just a job attitude on the customers. Their is two specific people at this specific store that i avoid dealing with just off the fact that when i leave this store i feel like i have been disrespected as if their doing me a favor letting me shop their everytime! Its not the whole store dont get me wrong just the two boys but i think the are girls i dont know im not sure look like lil boys one with long hair and the other short hair. I will no long go to this store ever again unless i absolutley have to strange enough i pass 5 pet stores to go to this one cause the service use to be good but ILL PASS i will take my business to walmart atleast their not adding 30% on every original price.
Great selection of products, but the checkout service is usually slow.
Mandy, my poodle's groomer, is just wonderful. She always takes very good care of him and does a wonderful job with his clip. I couldn't ask for a better groomer!
Had my dog groomed and paid for ear cleaning. Picked her up no ribbons, no bandana. I was upset. Then I got home they didn't trim her tail; Left it scraggly, and her right ear was still dirty. I can wash my own dog. If I pay $52 to cut her I expect the whole treatment. Won't be groomed there again.
