They are great doctors. The only thing I can say is that they are always really busy and never answer the phone. Their answering service always picks up and when you leave a message to schedule an appointment, no one ever calls back. Needless to say, I will be finding a new doctors office.

If you're Caucasian, you have ZERO chance here! Run! Don't walk!

Worst run clinic in the world. Waited over an hour to see someone after arriving nearly a half hour early. Got meds changed, called two weeks later having problems with BP. Would NOT change for me unless I came in again and paid for office visit!

Take forever and never answer my calls or they answer at the 10th call I make. Terrible doctor facility!

The wait time in the lobby is approximately 20-40 minutes for a 7:30am appointment. They open at 7am. The in the room wait time before the doctor arrives is approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hour. She spends on average 6 minutes with you. If you're late or a no show, they collect a $49 missed appointment fee. One and only one knowledgeable front desk staff member when it comes to coordinating referrals. Please do not call the office and expect assistance. They will tell you they will take care of it and when you call back, no one documented your original call request. I gave this office a try for three years because my in network list of doctors in my area was small. I'd rather drive an hour away for better service and knowledge.

The wait time is more than an hour. It does not matter what time the staff scheduled you for. She then sees you for 10 minutes not even letting you finish talking. I had an abnormal mammography, the hospital contacted me and told me they had sent an alert to the doctor about contacting me even they were shocked my doctor had not contacted me asap. I never heard from Dr. Rodriguez. It was 2 weeks later that the staff called me. I told them that I did not need anything from them because I reschedule a sonogram on my own. They take and take patients not giving quality care to none of them. I also had a vitamin D deficiency that was detected in a blood test. I found out when the pharmacy called me to pick up a prescription. I was not ever contacted by the office. What kind of doctor lets a pharmacy tell their patients about abnormal tests?!!! Forget about leaving a message...they don't care how sick you are, they call you the next day if you are lucky or 2 days later. Do not go to this office. The staff is so busy they don't even listen. They lie about sending referrals having you wait at the specialists until they feel like sending them. Do not go here!!!!!
