I have been going to Dr. Rodriguez MD medical office for a while now, but I am going to switch offices. I have had to many issues with them. First, they take forever to call you back and get seen. Once I went in for a physical and waited 3 hrs. Yesterday I went in for an office visit and waited 2 hours. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I went in and was seen by Natalie Romero. She is not professional at all. Didn't not introduce herself when she came in the office. Mind you- she had never seen me before. When she walked in never asked me what was the purpose of my visit. She just went by with what the nurse had written on the chart and starting speculating things that she didn't even know about. She was giving me reasons why I had what I had and didn't even ask first my history. Another time I scheduled a physical appt. for my husband. After receiving the claim papers from my insurance they had filed it under something else. So when I called them they said they didn't even do him a physical. I have had issues with them constantly. Natalie Romero didn't even call my prescriptions to the pharmacy and also having them fax papers correctly to my insurance is a problem. They never answer there phone at the office either. The majority of the time you have to leave messages. I honestly can say they have lost my family as patients. I do not recommend them at all.
Me: I wanted to have my appt with Dr. Rodriguez, that was my initial opening statement.
Brenda: Oh I didn't know you wanted to see her.
Brenda: Yes
Brenda: well the time you were looking at that's who you'll see. Dr. Rodriguez only do morning appt. and she's not seeing anyone for 2 months out.
ME: Hello I was calling to see if Dr. Rodriguez accepting new patients.
Me: So why would you tell me she's accepting new patients if she really isn't.
I have been a patient of Dr. Deborah Rodriguez for 2-3 years now. At times, there are long wait times in the office even with an appointment but I am satisfied with my overall care and advice when I go. She is very caring and she listens, unlike some other doctors I have been to in the past.
Ok either it was me or you were just trying to be mean and rude to me after the fact I said it won't be right at 2:30 and I wanted to see whom I requested. Also the times you suggested I never said anything but asked what you had opened soon. Bad business horrible customer service on her part if that's her real name. Because she put me on hold for a very long time when I called back to get her name only to come back to the phone to tell me it's the same person although someone else had answered the phone and she was telling them what to say. She asked what was the problem and how that happened when all of that info is for my paperwork and Dr. Only not to give me an appt. These people that are put in offices now are just given jobs and it works for the economy because they speak both languages. No need in being rude though because I'm specifying who I would like to see. I truly hope these reviews are read by the right staff so that they could know what type of people they have running their front office answering phones and assisting the patients.
Run from this place, unprofessionals, They don't know what they are doing, they only want to take your money. They don't pick up the phone, don't return your calls. I would love to give them less than -0 stars.

I'm glad the young lady that says her name is Brenda did not schedule an appt for me. She had very bad customer service. Was not trying to help me in anyway. Sadly I have to give a star in order to post because I don't even want to give this one star.
Brenda: Ok your appt will be with... A name that was not Dr. Rodriguez. You will need to be here 30 min before the appt.
