Dr. Tiliakos is an excellent, and well-informed doctor. I was mis-diagnosed with Lupus by my previous doctor, and taking the prescribed medication for four years. Dr. Tiliakos proved the previous diagnosis was incorrect, and removed me from the medication immediately. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. One of the best rheumatologists in Gwinnett County!

I have been going to Dr. Nichols Tiliakos since 2011 & really appreciate he's caring, gentle spirit each visit. I suffer with several complex conditions & chronic pain that some doctors would not understand. Listens to me plus is completely honest about my outcome .Staff is very friendly, easy appointments & my paper work that was requested was completed in a timely manner, which meant a lot to me! Again if you're looking for a doctor that really knows complex conditions book an appointment! The first visit may take a few weeks to get in, their quite busy which says a lot about them! I have had really bad, no bed side manners doctors in the past but I pray Dr. Nichols stays there for many years! Hard enough living with this medical condition & finding a new doctor would be overwhelming starting over again!
