When we arrived the hotel transfer was already there and ready to go (and they arrived early to transfer us back to the airport). The resort, room and staff all exceeded our expectations. This was truly our best vacation experience to date. I wish Lori and Sue could plan my life!

There were options on signing up for the trip and we chose one of the more expensive ones for good reason. Having traveled over all but Brazil in South America I know that it can be "sketchy" in many of the countries so this hemisphere. It was supported by Lori and turned out to be GREAT.

Condor Tours and Travel took great care of us and helped us experience an exceptional honeymoon at Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas. We had to change our wedding and honeymoon date after booking and they were able to help us change our booking workout extra out of pocket expense. You were so patient and understanding in booking the trip. The logistics, the pace, the excursions were all great. Glenda was a terrific tour guide, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Raul, our driver, was personable, outgoing and super in negotiating around construction closures, rainy weather and potholes. The best part of the trip for me was our time in the rain forest--beautiful scenery and exciting animal sightings. Colon is a bit of a mess. It looks like half the city is under renovation, with buildings gutted and roads torn up. However, with Raul's perseverance, we did see the Washington Hotel and Christ Church By The Sea.
