We had to take my engagement ring to get resized from 7 to 5.5. The promise day they gave us (~2 weeks) was not honored. We went in twice on the day it was due, and they were very rude. "We don't control the shipping, and the promise date doesn't mean it will be in." I guess I didn't know what a promise was.
Great customer service.... I got a ring in Jan of 2008 from Kays in Jacksonville, Fl. Iwanted to give it to my mother after my divorce, so in Oct of 2015 they cleaned it up for me and made it look brand new. Thanks guys.
Horrible experience. Bought rings for my daughter and I and had them sent to be resized. Got them back 3 weeks later and my daughters was missing a stone and my stone was cracked. Also both rings looked like they were bent. They replaced my ring with a new one from the case. It was perfect. Sent it to be sized and 3 weeks later it came back with a deep scratch on the stone and again looked like it was bent. When I pointed it out to the salesperson they said they could send it back...again. No thank you. I won't be dealing with this business again.
Brought my ring back for cleaning and inspection and it took them less than 3 minutes to clean all 3 rings and they looked just like they did before getting them "cleaned" .... so disappointed.
Never taking my ring back here to get it re-sized. Dropped off on 4/30 with a "promise" date to be picked up at 5/15 (that's already longer than normal re-size service). Waited until 5/16, called and they said it's not ready it will be there latest 5/17 and that they will give me a call when it arrives. So I wait more, I call them back on 5/18 and als about my rings, an associate said she not sure she'll have the manager call me about it. No call back so I call back later that evening to hear the ring was there already. Went to the store right away and waited an hour (no greeting, no acknowledgement and short staffed) just to pick up my ring. Most impressive (not) jewelry store!!
