The staff were so polite and helpful! They showed us to the product and helped explained how to use it properly! They also have a lot of items to help fix or maintain unique and older items!!!!!
I needed something for my new grill to put on the handle because it got very hot. I've never seen such a product anywhere, so I asked one of the employees at the store. He came up with a solution of pipe insulation and some velcro straps to hold it in place. Pure genius! It works great!
Staff is amazingly polite and highly attentive! Assosciate talked to me for over an hour helping me decide on buying a grill. He answered unending questions without a hint of frustration and was truly passionate about the products. I appreciate the service here and although Ace is not traditionally known for having the absolute lowest prices, I will be a long time customer due to the personal service and attention that they offer when I need it. Top notch, you would be a fool not to visit!
