They are thorough compassionate considerate and their attention to detail was to the point.it felt like we were planning our mothers home going with family instead of a business. I highly recommend them..
There were no flowers or obituary cards available. Showing was not complete. Not as what I am or would expect for a showing. I knew this individual very well and did not expect this showing for this family.
My family's experience with Levett and Sons, started out good, Eric was very caring and professional, the day of my father's memorial was a total disaster. Unfortunately Eric was not present during the memorial. The day before he assured us people handling everything would be just as knowledgeable as he was, not so. It seemed as though they were hired off the street that day. There was no music playing as we requested, no sign in book available, no music when the family walked in, no one giving direction, obituaries did not come out until everyone was seated, all the plants and flowers weren't put out during service, the audio guy had no idea what he was doing, my brother had to help him. We had gone over everything with Eric day before, nothing happened as planned. Nobody called us to apologize for dropping the ball. They were not professional at all, we pretty much was on our own, very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!
They took very good care of my family during a difficult time. Everyone was compassionate and thorough. Mr. Batts was extremely helpful and even provided some laughs for us when we needed it most. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comforting place for your loved one as well as a team that truly cares about the family's needs.
