This company is nothing but crooks and liars. Please do your research on this company before you attempt to purchase anything from them. If there was a way I could make a one star rating I would. Please Reese search all other options before you make a decision with this company. Most of their cars are wrapped and repaired and sold at certify used vehicle cost. I would rather catch a Uber every day then deal with this company.
The worst service department in history, can't get nothing done. Don't have agents who are knowledgeable. I would NEVER get another vehicle from here or recommend no one to do so!!!!!
By far the worse company to ever finance and get a vehicle from these ppl are crooks they over price their vehicles before tacking on their crazy interest rates and they will tell you that if you make on time payments for a year you can refinance for a better interest rate or trade up which is total BS. They will take you for your money and leave you in a vehicle that will leave you so UPSIDE down in equity it's ridiculous...be prepared to pay 3-5X the actual value of your car dealing with these guys
Sorry ass company with horrible horrible customer service! You can never speak to a supervisor and if you move out of state and get another job they won't even help with the payment date changes! So my car will be off and I'll have no car to get to work! Do not get a car from this place ever! Just remove the pass-time device that's your best bet! There's a video on YouTube how to remove it!
This company shouldn't have a star. This company is the worst to purchase a car from. I purchased a car in April and since day 1 I've had nothing but problems. The car I was sold is a "Lemon" at times it will not start, most of the time it runs hot, two days after we purchased the car the oil change light came on, the horn doesn't work. I've missed so many days from work due to this car not functioning properly. I've called to make a complaint and all I received was attitude from Gene and Zach. I'm stuck in a contract with a vehicle that serves me no purpose. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and my biggest fear is going into labor and this car will not be able to get me to the hospital in time because I'm stuck on I-20 due to the car not functioning properly. I'll left several messages for complaints to call me and yet they have never done so. Anytime you can't make a payment they will deactivate your car. I'm wondering if I can't make it to work to make money due to the car not working how can i make the payments. I'm in a lose/lose situation. I'm not sure as to what to do next regarding these issues. I know there are Lemon Laws here in Georgia and this car falls under that law. It's not safe for me to drive but I'm still forced to make payments. I sent my car to have it serviced and they drained all the oil and antifreeze and then told me they will not fix the car unless I pay $764 for an oil change. They supposedly had fixed the starting problem but yet I still have to put the car in neutral to get it to start. All around this is the worst company to deal with from the customer service department, payments department, service department, complaints department. I'm not sure if they are fully trained or just incompetent of doing their jobs. Again if you want something dependable don't use this company. They DO NOT value their customers or honor their warranty contract. But if you miss a payment your vehicle will be deactivate!!!
