Great staff . Love the size of this location it gives more a free walking area . It's not so closed when walking in. Nice clothes & styles very chic.
I waited about 5-10 mins waiting for assistance at the fitting room, got NO assistance. Had to walk in myself and choose a fitting room then got kicked out because I wasn't supposed to do that but yet NO ONE assisted me and the employees did see me and a few other costumers standing there waiting. They need employees who are better at their job and who will actually do their job. I asked one of the girls working there if she could help me and she said no. I was very disappointed.

Oh and side note - there were 2 people "working" in the fitting room. 2 on the floor and 1 behind the register.
Not sure if I will shop there again quite frankly.
Well I had the strangest request at the papaya store that I have visited on numerous occasions and have purchased hundreds of dollars of clothing. Let me preface with I have worked in some type of customer service ALL of my life including 5 years in ladies wear at Wal-Mart. Today I met the rudest young girl upon leaving the fitting room today. She asked if I found anything and I said yes, I will take these and went to hand her the garments that I did not wish to keep. She in turn rolled her eyes, sighed with an ugh and said, "Can you put them back on the hangers." While her words were not so much the problem it was her attitude. I am not above cleaning up after myself but personally when I have worked in retail, I like to make sure that it done correctly and orderly before I restock an item. ---- Poor training on management part, bad manners on customer service part.
