There seems to be a recurring theme with this location. I had a reservation made by an insurance company a few days in advance. I called 15 minutes prior to picking up the vehicle to confirm its availability. When I showed up to picked it up, I was told that they don't have a vehicle available. No hint of an apology or willingness to make things right. The lady said that it would be about 45 minutes until a vehicle of that same class would be available and that she would call me to come back and pick it up. Low and behold, no one ever called. I called the insurance company and advised them to stop doing business with these incompetent people. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I arrived at Hertz on a Saturday after being in a bad accident. Only 2 associates working , only one could help with cars. I had a pre-confirmed vehicle through my insurance company. After waiting over an hour , I was given a vehicle with no gas, dirty and 2 bad tires which set off the emergency warnings. It was clear no-one @ Hertz checked this car for safety. I went to a mechanic on Sunday who filled and tested the tires and next morning they were low again and all emergency warnings were back on. I was unable to drive the car for 2 full days because it was a holiday weekend and both Hertz and all others were closed. I am a Hertz Gold Member and have been for years. Have always had a great experience. The lack of care when I returned the car to the Lawrenceville , Riverside Parkway location on Tuesday was poor. No apology, the woman working the desk could have cared less. Enterprise across the street helped me right away. Ashley was professional and kind as were her co-workers. She double checked the vehicle herself and thanked me for coming to Enterprise. More professional office, better cars and professional associates. Someone needs to look into operations of this Hertz location on Riverside Parkway. It gives a good company a very bad name. Safety and customer service should be #1. This is why companies lose long term customers. Oh and the woman's name at the front desk was Helen.

Worst place to rent a car from ALL the vehicles are either wrecked in some way or majorly damaged. The service is beyond bad i wouldn't even treat a dog like how the ppl here treat there customers. All the cars are far from clean on the inside. And if u leave anything in the cars when u drop it off u will never get it back because they keep it for themselves. And if ur waiting on them to pick u up you will wait 45mins or more. Best thing to do is go across the street to enterprise or some other store. If you do rent here then good luck because you will need it.

One person working, extremely unacceptable. Had to wait several minutes until they took the car to get it cleaned instead of cleaning it when the last person returned it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Only reason I’m here is because my insurance company sent me here. Never again!!

I had my rental scheduled so that I can make it to my college in time but it ended up being late because they gave me the worst car they could possibly give me. I decided to give it the benefit of a doubt but as soon as I drived off in the car that was of MUCH lesser value than my car that is getting repaired, it started making funky engine noises and was squeaking with every bump. I felt SO unsafe in this car so I immediately turned around and talked to the lady but she refused to accommodate me in another car saying that I would have to pay out of pocket for a better car and didn’t even try to fight to keep me as a customer as I told her I was going to go to enterprise instead. RIPOFF!
