My children, a friend of mine, and I came to Dave and Busters tonight to play arcade games and eat. My visit started off rocky. Our waitress, whom did not introduce herself was very rude and nonchalant. I asked if I could substitute my Childs shrimp for something else she said no, the same no for substituting my sons fries for tots. The manager came tried to smooth things over but I did request a different waitress. Good customer service is a must, no exceptions. My food was horrible on top of that!!! Unacceptable !

Good good, decent service not the greatest but it's manageable. Fun games, great for family night out. Also include bowling and winners circle to grab gifts from winning tickets.
I just left DB, with my party of 10 people ready to dine in and play games to celebrate a birthday, because they don't allow birthday cakes at DB any more!?!?! The front desk lady said that the protocol started about a year ago, and I clearly remember March of 2017 cutting a cake for my sister at DB with no issues!!! Its their lost because as I was walking out, another party said that they were leaving for the same reason. We are going some where else that allows our birthday cake and WANTS our money!! This place will be removed from my list of celebrating birthdays at

This is the worst location out of all of the locations I have been too! Sat for two hours just to get our food. There was probably a total of 6 people in the whole place. Go to the Duluth location soooo much better.
