I had a great experience at this branch. Special shout out to Jackie. She was able to help me set up a somewhat complicated account and she handled everything quickly and efficiently. They were booked solid today and I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in. It couldn't have gone any better.
I am an account holder in the process of getting a mortgage they would not stamp and sign my bank statements showing I had the money for my mortgage lender I would not recommend banking with them when they won't even stamp and sign your own bank statements saying they are correct and you have the balance printed by there system
Very slow service. They need more staff. Staff is excellent once served but too slow to get to a teller or customer service rep.
Doesn't offer notary service. Giant bank, tons of customers but only one individual in the whole building is able to notarize a document. If they are even working. One guy said his "stamp broke" and so he is unable to help me.
Worst customer service of any local bank. Complete reliance on automated service. "If you think your call is very important to us, try calling us." We're on hurricane watch and you can't get past the phone center. Shameful.
