Customer service attitude is consistently below average in relationship to the price. Place gets old fast. Better off spending your money on a new pair of pants.

PARENTS BEWARE! JUMPSTREET WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR PARTIES!!!!

Parents, I encourage you not to support this business in any way! As a mom of 3 boys, I do birthday parties galore, but I’ve never been treated or misinformed so poorly with no accountability whatsoever! The best way to stand up to businesses that choose to take advantage of us in moments where we just want to celebrate our children is to boycott their services altogether until they correct the unfair business practices!

When we arrived at the party, I was taken to a private party room where I was told to set up for my decorations. My son’s party was a last minute event, because initially we were just going to go with family to a corn maze until the weather forecast ruled it out. Because it was such late notice, I was worried that the party would not have enough kids to fill up the $100 deposit/minimum, so I asked the young lady if I could use the remainder of the balance toward pizza, to which she replied, “yes, it kind of complicated, but our goal is to get you up to the $100.” I was fine with it because I had already paid the $100 and knew that even with only five kids there I should be able to spend the remainder on food. Initially, each jumper ages 4-7 was supposed to be $5, but if the 3 six year olds wanted to jump in more than one designated kiddie area, I would have to pay $20 each for them to do so. Again, no problem for me because I had a small group and was just hoping to fill up the $100. I also ordered two pizzas at $13 a piece just to make sure I reached the minimum. After doing the math in my head, I assumed I might have to pay an extra $20 to cover the bill, estimating the total party to be about $120. When the bill came, the hostess said my total was and additional $75. I was in complete shock. Her explanation was that the room was $50 by itself. This was never communicated to me when I asked her earlier before the party started or when I spoke with the manager over the phone to book the party. Why would I even be concerned or ask about how I could make sure I’m spending the minimum $100, if I knew $50 was already down the drain for the room???. The staff called the manager, her response was that she sent me an invoice that referenced the party room after I had already paid the deposit. To be honest, I never thought to check the invoice because, #1 the deposit was nonrefundable because the party was booked the same day, #2 because she never mentioned $50 was allocated to the room, she just told me I had to spend enough to fill the $100 deposit, so why I assume there is any additional information on the invoice. More importantly I never requested the private room. My only conclusion was at the end of the day, there was a concerted effort to mislead, deceive, and withhold information from unsuspecting parents. I would never run out on a bill, so after going and forth, waiting on word from a manager, who was not present at all that day, and speaking with another gentleman, I was told I would have to pay it and I obliged.

Just wanted to share the horrible experience I had with my 3 year old’s birthday party at JumpStreet in Sugarloaf mills on 10/28/2017. When I initially reviewed the website for information regarding birthday, I noticed that packages were not really specified. Instead of booking online, I called in and spoke with the manager who explained to me that they don’t do party packages, you must spend at least $100 in jumpers or other items as a minimum to have a party there. It’s not a package but all items you purchase are a la carte, i,e. jumpers wristbands, food, drinks. They only provide water. It seemed pretty fair to me, I was booking the party for later that day so I paid with her over the phone $100 nonrefundable deposit.

ITS A nice safe Family Environment!! My kids played Dodge Ball all day. I HAVE A Boy and a Girl. THE STAFF IS GREAT THEY make sure this are safe

This is a Great Place for Kids

Make sure the area your kids play on is clean! Went there 3 weeks ago with my kids. A kid ran by and he had feces smeared on his pants leg. A worker notified his father. His father checked but it wasn't him who pooped, it just got on his pants from the bounce house. His father even took him up to the front desk to notify them there was feces in the bounce house. The entire hour we were there, not ONE worker went into the bounce house to clean it. They just let all the kids run through it and probably get feces all over them. You can smell it when you walk by the bounce house. This place is very unsanitary and no one there cares!!!

The employees are more worried about looking at their phones than making sure the kids are safe....they really need to focus on their job. They also do not have an attendant working all of the stations.. but they have time to sit and gossip at other locations while kids are waiting (see photo).... lining up and waiting to ride the bull or jump in the foam pit while their hour ticks away.... WILL NOT BE BACK!
